Job Description

As the Corporate ServicesExecutive you will collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure consistent processes and a high level of service. The role involves:

  • Assisting in the process of ship registration and company formation.
  • Managing corporate documentation.
  • Supporting board and executive meetings.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory and company standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, liaise with service providers and authorities, and assist with contract and policy administration.
  • Daily responsibilities include organizing schedules, tracking deadlines, handling correspondence, and supporting projects that improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with digital document management.
  • Solid understanding of corporate governance, compliance, or legal documentation processes, or willingness to learn these areas.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping, reporting, and handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and professional judgment.
  • Prior experience in corporate services, administration, or a related field; experience in maritime or logistics sectors is an advantage.
  • Post-secondary education in business, administration, law, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

The role is a full-time, on-site position based in Birżebbuġa.
